My friend Tiffany sent me some sad news about our favorite place to eat in Richmond, Kentucky. Punjab had the best indian food. I have not been able to find a compairable resturant in Lansing, although we have not had the chance to look.

Fire destroys Punjab eatery

A fire that began around 2 p.m. Sunday destroyed the Punjab restaurant
on Berea Road.The Richmond Fire Department received a 911 call
from the restaurant at 2:02, said RFD spokesman Corey Lewis. Four
engine and two ladder companies responded to the call, with the first
units on the scene by 2:09."Flames and heavy smoke were visible
when the first firefighters arrived," Lewis said.
